NEW INNER MAGIC OUT TODAY + NEW T-SHIRTS & MORE SHOWS
Hello everybody from my little corner of the internet. I have some exciting things to share with you.
The new Inner Magic single (featuring Ruth joining me on vocals) “All My Love” b/w “Arlington Bandits” is out today. Stream it here on your preferred platform.
In case you missed it we recently printed these really sick Inner Magic T-shirts. They are available now on Bandcamp. Check em’ out! We’ve already sold a fair amount so don’t sleep on ‘em because they’re won’t be around for long. Below is an actual photo of the shirt.
We have a couple shows next month in Los Angeles and San Francisco with some other magnificent artists. In Los Angeles on July 22nd we will be playing at Zebulon with Catherine Moan and Cupid & Psyche (which are some of the gents who used to be in Abe Vigoda, a groovy group who once opened for Chromatics around the time we released Kill For Love). DJ-ing the evening will be my friends DJ’s Shadazz & Sapisonic. Consider getting Zebulonian with us. You’ll be grateful you did. The evening is presented by KCRW. Tix available here.
After Zebulon we will heading up to San Francisco a couple days later on July 24th to perform at the 4 Star Theater, which is of my favorite venues to perform at. Jeff and I played there last summer on our solo tour and I’m thrilled to return. Even more thrilled to be playing with Winston Tong who is a legend in his own right. Winston used to be a part of Tuxedomoon and has also made some killer music throughout his solo career with collaborators such as Stephen Morris, Jah Wobble, Alan Rankin, etc. Even Martin Gore covered one of his songs! I love this video of Winston performing with Tuxedomoon back in 1983. Tix for the extravaganza are available here. I’m just as excited that the show is being presented by the fine people at Nada Sound & Synth News. I highly recommend the Synth News instagram.
I would like to thank all of you who came out to see us open for Avalon Emerson & The Charm last month. The shows were a blast. Avalon and her band were very welcoming and we had a great time getting to know them a little bit. After the S.F. show Avalon and I swapped merch but most importantly discussed our shared love of the Magnetic Fields. I was grateful Ruth was able to join us on synth and vocals for these shows to help start this new chapter off right. Our old Portland homey Minh Tran came out and snapped these pics of us on film.
Finally I would like to add that one of my oldest friends (who I’ve known since I was 4 years old!) has recently has started a new record label and youtube page I’d like to tell you all about. For the past year he has been obsessively hunting down rare, private press ambient, electronic, new age cassettes and posting the choice ones on his youtube channel The Sagegazers. A channel which has rapidly grown to over 8000 subscribers in the short span since it’s inception. The Sagegazers recently caught the ears of the people at NTS radio and even brought him on to curate his own program, which you can listen to here. I am excited for my friend and highly recommend checking out the youtube channel because he posts some rare gems on it. A lot of it sounding like Krautrock performed by people who had no clue as to what Krautrock is.
That’s all for now. Thanks for hanging with me. Now go check out All My Love 🥰

Love the new songs, Adam! Looking forward to the 4 Star show.
Thanks so much Nick! I can def list you for the 4 Star
